Yeah, most of my sites are custom designed, but you do not want me designing your sites (believe me!). Instead I usually have Kemie at monolinea.com doing my designs, and I am super happy about the results. She does plenty of freelance work so I recommend you contact her.

As a 6 month convert to WordPress as a CMS platform, the eye-opener for me was discovering how to write page templates (nice and easy php – even cut and paste type simple) and how to add my own dynamic sidebars.
